I think Japan has many good policies/ideas as regards recycling and protecting the enviroment.However,there is one area where I think it 'lags behind'other developed countries.In my country,the UK,all the newspapers switched to a smaller version a few years ago now.They are trying to use less paper.I wonder why Japan hasn't yet made the switch? Today's photo is going back to a theme I started some time ago-roadsigns in the UK.
