I read yesterday that Nagasaki and Hiroshima are thinking about bidding to stage the 2020 Olypmic Games.I'm not sure what to make ofit to be honest:Is it a good or bad idea? Honestly,though,my first reaction was,"Who will be paying for this?" Sometimes in Japan it seems that politicians/bureaucrats/organizations love to 'throw good money after bad'...
