I know immigration is a very hot topic in Japan these days. Honestly,I'm stronly in favor of some kind of controlled form of it. I think it would be one way to help Japan out of it's current 'funk'. On Sunday,at 風と月,I saw (what I think was)a native Russian,and a colored young man (who was very polite). I don't know what some of the onsen patrons felt but,for me,I perhaps saw (what I hope)will be a vision of the future....
