Racism is a 'prickly'subject that 'rears its ugly head'from time to time. On many occasions I've read the thoughts of non-Japanese regarding this issue in Japan. Sometimes these comments amaze me. Why? Well,because my experiences in this country have been overwhelmingly positive. And for that I am eternally grateful.
