Airlinetroubles!

Today I learnt that my parents had arrived home safely-but no thanks to BA (British Airways).I feel embarrassed that they are the UK's national flag carrier after the treatment my parents received at their hands! I saw on the news that the chaos is continuing at Terminal 5 at Heathrow airport-with "no end in sight".....?
