Underachievers!

I think both Britain and Japan like to be known as 'sporting countries'.However both tend to 'underachieve'on the 'international stage'.Therefore it's interesting for me to compare how both countries do at the Olympics.So far it's 'neck-and-neck'('even stevens')!
