Recently in Japan there have been a number of 'high-profile' cases regarding cannabis in univesities.In Europe this would not be considered news as it occurs everywhere and is virtually lawful(smoking and possessing small amounts)in some countries.However in Japan the 'problem'seems to be 'blowing out of all proportion'.In many other countries stress is placed on combatting'hard (not 'soft')drug use while also trying to persuade young people from staying away from all kinds altogether.Alcohol abuse and tobacco addiction seem much bigger problems to health.However,these points often do not get mentioned in the media here.What do you think?
