Marathon_relay.

My build-up to Sunday's '駅伝'is continuing.Last night I cycled to Seirei community college for my usual class.(I'd like to say a big 'thank you'to Sachiko for always making my visits there so enjoyable!)I also got in a final training run of 3km's on Tue.My aim is to better my time from the Lake Sanaru 駅伝!
