Well,after,what was a very 'nervy'performance,England have made it to the knockout phase of the competition. I also have no fingernails left! With the USA grabbing a winner in added time against Algeria,that means England finish as runners-up in their group. Next up for the 'three lions'will be Germany,Ghana or Serbia.
