Last night we took the opportunity to pay one last visit to one of our favorite restaurants: IBE. As usual their Chinese dishes were exquisite. It is,without exception,the best Chinese food I have tasted in Hamamatsu,and Japan,for that matter! The picture shows me,staring,transfixed at my sweet-and-sour pork dish!
