I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who sent me messages of support after the recent passing of my father.It was all so sudden and unexpected! We had a 'whirlwind'trip back to the UK,and then onto Cyprus (where my father had been living for 5 years).I went back to work today,reminding myself of the old English phrase 'chin up!'.
Today's picture shows my family 'crest/coat of arms'.I received it from my step-mother.It reads:"Be just and fear not".
