It's been a very long day today!We got up at 6*30 to go to Mori town (森町) for the yearly road race.We both took part/participated in the 5km event.I am extremely satisfied as I achieved my aim of running between 23 and 24 minutes.However,my wife was the 'star of the show'!With virtually no practice she was able to complete the course in a 'respectible'time.
