Tonight I made one of my students laugh. I was having a cup of coffee that her father made for me. I also received some buscuits with my coffee. 'Instinctively'I started dipping the buscuits into the coffee until they became soft/soggy. I then ate them. My student looked at me as though I was crazy!! It was then I had to explain this was an old British tradition....

Good morning

I sometimes eat buscuits in same way you did .
Because I like soft buscuits and buscuits with coffeetaste.
I have never known it was an old British traditional way.
And I sometimes dip buscuits into other drink，for example orange juice.
Please try my way.
