I have been visiting hot springs in Japan for over 9 years-but today was my first negative experience. Today I was continually 'hounded'/'accosted'by 2 extremely drunk Japanese salarymen. It ruined my time at the hot springs. I decided to let the staff know how disappointed I was. I was also surprised that 2 such 'inebriated' people would be allowed to enter a hot springs! All-in-all,a very disappointing time....
