My build-up to Sunday's '駅伝'is continuing.Last night I cycled to Seirei community college for my usual class.(I'd like to say a big 'thank you'to Sachiko for always making my visits there so enjoyable!)I also got in a final training run of 3km's on Tue.My aim is to better my time from the Lake Sanaru 駅伝!

Thanks for your mail Sachiko. Yes,of course I was being honest-I do enjoy your class and one of the main reasons is you. you are never afraid to speak up and say your opinion. As an English teacher that is "music to my ears"!
