I again came up against this katakana phrase yesterday. This is one phrase that drives me crazy as an English teacher. The word 'reform' can correctly be used when referring to an organisation,for example,that is 'being reformed'. However,it is the wrong word to use when talking about the 'refurbishing'or 'renovation'of a building. Today's photo is another shot of Durham city.
