Saturday night marked the end of 'daylight savings time'in the UK for another year. The time difference between the Japan and Britain is now 8 hours. There has been a lot of debate in Japan recently over the benefits/drawbacks of 'summer time'. Personally,I'm in favor of it. Some of my best memories are from long summer nights in the UK,playing football with my friends until 10*00pm. For me Japanese summer nights are too short. How do you feel on this subject? Today's photo war taken in front of Manchester central library.
My name is Keiko Fukuda.
You don`t remember me,do you?
I am your student!
(クリストファー大学Aクラス毎週火曜日pm1:30~3:00)

こんにちは,Keiko. I'm not sure if I remember you because I taught 3 different classes (plus my regular class) at Seirei in September. How many members are there in your class?
Best wishes,

Daylight saving time?
I've heard it, but I don't know exactly what it is.
What benefit is it for?
I get up at 6 and go to bed at around 10 all through year.
Hardly go out at night. This is my elderly???life.
So personally daylight saving time dosn't matter to me.
If I were much yunger, I would be for it.
Because I must have enjoyed eating and drinking at IZAKAYA till late at night.
Do I take "summer time" wrong? Yes. Yes.
No doubt drinking till late at night has nothing to do with it.
How silly I am.
Do you like IZAKAYA(居酒屋)?
