Wow,what a day! I worked out that I spent about 2 hours and 15 minutes on my bike today. My 'mini-trek'took me to Seirei,for my last class there. It's amazing how quickly time passes. I've had a fantastic year at Seirei,and am extremely grateful to my students for actively participating in my classes. Today's photo shows a present my wife and I received today from one of my Seirei 'flock'.(^-^)/
