A few days ago when my wife and I met at home we both started talking about the Winter Olympics. Her first comment was,"Mao-chan lost/couldn't get the gold medal." I instinctively answered with "The Korean won the gold medal (nobody 'lost'it)." "Aaaah!"was my wife's reaction. We both had a completely different 'take' on the result.
