Well,the 'new tea'marathon/road races are 'done and dusted'for another year. The results,however,will not arrive for another 3 weeks or so. That being said I felt much much happier with my performance here than at 森町. I tried self-timing myself and I think I chopped off about 4 minutes from my last run. We'll see.
